| Welcome to the official site for the USRC 2008 National Sieger Show. The show will be held in Franklin, KY located in the South Central part of the state. Franklin is home to Kentucky Downs race track and many historical sites and museums. Franklin has been honored as one of the 50 Best Small Southern Towns. We'd like to thank the Franklin Chamber of Commerce who has been very supportive of this show and past BWRC events. This 4-day affair is the most prestigious event of the USRC year. BWRC is very honored to have been awarded this event by our fellow clubs and USRC Board. A three day event is the best option for competitors to ensure that they will be able to show their dogs and allows us to hold the event in one ring so no one misses the action! The USRC General Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 15th from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. This is an important event for the USRC as board elections will be held plus as well as the discussion of an voting on of important issues that impact our clubs, our organization and the Rottweiler breed. It is very important that clubs remember to send a club delegate for voting so that their voice is heard. The General Board Meeting |
is also open to all USRC members to attend, which is
recommended in order to help to understand the state of
the USRC organization and also the issues facing our breed.
The National Sieger Show will be May 16th, 17th and 18th,
2008. Puppy classes will be held on Friday May 16. Youth
classes Breed Tests and CGC’s will be held on Saturday May
17. All Adult classes will be held on Sunday, May 18. The
corresponding “Best” selections will be at the end of each
day.
We are honored that Josef Hover and Inge Eberstaller have
agreed to judge our event. Mr. Hover is a conformation
judge that has judged National level events in Austria and
the United States. Mrs. Eberstaller is a licensed
conformation and working judge that has judged National
Doberman events and more recently Rottweiler events. She
has conducted Ztp’s and Korungs for the Austrian Rottweiler
Club for the past three years. We look forward to their
opinions and the opportunity to show under different judges.
